Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate health services at the Kuala Kampar Community Health Center in Kuala Kampar District, Pelalawan Regency, and to identify the obstacles faced in providing these health services. The research question addressed is: How is the implementation of health services at the General Outpatient Clinic of the Kuala Kampar Community Health Center in Kuala Kampar District, Pelalawan Regency, evaluated? The author applied a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. In this study, informants were selected as data sources using purposive sampling, a technique for selecting samples based on specific criteria aligned with the research focus. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the evaluation of health services at the Kuala Kampar Community Health Center, Kuala Kampar District, Pelalawan Regency, particularly at the General Clinic, shows that the services are not yet optimal. This is evident from the opinions of key informants and informants who stated that the services are not yet running at full capacity. This assessment was conducted by considering various aspects, so to obtain more objective results, the researcher involved the perceptions of the community as service users as well as the health center itself.
