Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment on the work productivity of employees at the Plasma Office of PT Inti Indosawit Subur, Ukui, Pelalawan. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a simple random sampling method and involves 40 consumers as samples. Data were obtained through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using SPSS version 16.0. Data analysis techniques included data instrument testing, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. Based on the hypothesis testing, the work environment variable had a significant effect on work productivity.
