Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of financial compensation on employee morale at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study was all 136 working employees. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling, namely the samples taken were 57 processing employees. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses SPSS 26. The results of this research explain that financial compensation has a significant positive effect on employee morale at PT Tri Bakti Sarimas, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
