Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload and work environment on employee work productivity at PT Rafindo Mutiara Permai. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to all respondents, who are employees of the company, using a census sampling method. The data analysis technique employed was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results of this study found that workload and work environment partially influence employee work productivity at PT Rafindo Mutiara Permai. Furthermore, workload and work environment also simultaneously affect employee work productivity at PT Rafindo Mutiara Permai, which means that employees at PT Rafindo Mutiara Permai have a relatively optimal workload and a fairly supportive work environment, although workload is proven to be the most dominant factor affecting employee work productivity.
