Abstract
Freshwater fish farming is one of the most popular business forms. Freshwater fish farming has various types, one of which is catfish farming. This study aims to design a learning media application about catfish farming using Augmented Reality with the method used, the multimedia development life cycle (MDLC) method consisting of concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution with markerless techniques. This application is designed with unity 3D, blender and ARCore, and contains general catfish farming procedures, which are visualized in the form of 3D objects and animations. The results of testing the application features on 20 respondents showed a score of 93,8% based on the Likert scale, indicating that this application is suitable for learning media. Thus, the use of Augmented Reality technology in learning media about catfish farming has proven to be able to attract the interest of catfish farmers or the general public to learn catfish farming using Augmented Reality.
