Abstract

With the advancement of technology and changes in consumer behavior in recent years, employee performance reports document the qualitative and quantitative performance or results of an employee in carrying out their duties. Employee indiscipline in terms of the timeliness of performance reporting is a common problem that causes the reporting system to not function as well as expected. This study uses data collection methods namely Observation, Interviews and Literature Study. DFD and the waterfall method are used to design the employee performance reporting system. The results of the study show that all application functions, including those adjusted through the application workflow design, operate as expected. Based on the results of Black-Box testing, this system or application can carry out its duties correctly in helping administrators monitor the daily performance of employees.
