Abstract

The demand for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) as a primary household energy source continues to increase alongside population growth. However, many LPG distribution bases still rely on manual ordering systems, which lead to various issues such as service delays, order record errors, and lack of transparent information for consumers. This study aims to design and develop a web-based LPG ordering system to improve operational efficiency and service quality at Pangkalan Jofin Energy.The research applies a Research and Development (R&D) method using the Waterfall model, which includes stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is developed using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, and tested through the Black Box Testing method to verify functionality.The results show that the system effectively simplifies the ordering process for customers, facilitates stock and order data management for the admin, and accelerates service delivery. Therefore, this system improves service quality, saves time, and adds competitive value to Pangkalan Jofin Energy in the digital era.
