Abstract

In the implementation of Badan Usaha Milik Desa management as mentioned above, the role of the village head is also considered to have an important role in the process of improving and developing the Badan Usaha Milik Desa. The Village Head is tasked with overseeing the movement and development of Badan Usaha Milik Desa through reports submitted by the Badan Usaha Milik Desa management, some of which will be submitted to the village government and will also be accounted for to the regional government. Based on the background, the formulation of the problem in this study is as follows: What is the role of the Village Head in developing Human Resources in the Mitra Usaha Village Badan Usaha Milik Desa Tambak, Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency? What are the Obstacles to Developing Human Resources in Mitra Usaha Village Badan Usaha Milik Desa Tambak, Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency. This research can later be grouped into observational research by means of survey research. The results of the study on the role of village heads in managing Badan Usaha Milik Desa Mitra Usaha have been stated in detail in Articles 11 to 13 of Tambak Village Regulation Number 040.A.1 of 2022 concerning the Articles of Association of Village-Owned Enterprises Mitra Usaha, but in reality this task is not carried out properly, the village head as an advisor and supervisor does not carry out his role in Advancing the Village-Owned Enterprise Mitra Usaha Tambak Village, Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency, Badan Usaha Milik Desa funds come from the APBDes, where the capital participation funds are always given every year, Badan Usaha Milik Desa capital initially comes from APBDes funds which are issued as much as 2-5% of the APBDes money, then after Badan Usaha Milik Desa is running and from the BUMDe business, In addition, another source of Badan Usaha Milik Desa funds comes from additional financial assistance provided by the province to the village and then channeled back to Badan Usaha Milik Desa for additional capital and business development, the Badan Usaha Milik Desa gets a profit, then the profit is also developed and re- circulated into Badan Usaha Milik Desa capital.
