Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work-life balance and career development on employee performance at PT Dunia Marine Internusa Pekanbaru, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This inquire about is propelled by the moo quality of human assets that can prevent the accomplishment of organizational objectives, such as execution and company maintainability. As for this research, it uses an approach with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Dunia Marine Internusa. Data analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between work-life balance, career development, and employee performance, as well as the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This inquire about is anticipated to altogether make strides worker execution by giving understanding to company administration in defining arrangements that bolster work-life adjust and career way advancement of workers at PT. Dunia Marine Internusa and become a reference for other companies in managing HR effectively.
