Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of Female Board of Directors and CEO Tenure on Capital Structure, with Profitability and Operating Leverage as control variables. The population in this study includes infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020-2023. The samping technique used is purpose sampling with several specific criteria, resulting in a total of 31 companies. The type of data in this research is secondary data. The analytical method employed is panel data regression analysis, which is used to test the hypotheses statistically using the Eviews 12 software. The results of this study indicate that Female Board of Directors has a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure. CEO Tenure has a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure. Meanwhile, Profitability and Operating Leverage do not have a significant effect on Capital Structure.
