Abstract
The use of an automatic system based on an electric winch on a forklift is believed to be able to increase operational efficiency, speed up the transportation process, and make it easier to transport loads compared to manual systems. The smaller and slimmer forklift design is expected to provide better visibility for operators and increase safety in narrow spaces. With a strong frame using materials such as UNP iron and hollow, this forklift is predicted to be able to withstand loads of up to 400 kg at a height of 2 meters without structural failure. The main components such as fixed pulleys, steel ropes, and bearings are designed to work reliably and stably in supporting load broadcasting. In addition, the electric winch system uses an energyefficient 1 HP electric motor which is considered to make this forklift an economical solution suitable for small to medium-scale industries, while maintaining safety and operational standards. The use of an automatic system with an electric winch on a forklift can increase efficiency and effectiveness in transporting and carrying loads compared to a manual system.
