Abstract
This study aimed to analyze Islamic service practices at Stefani Sharia Hotel Pekanbaru. The research employed a qualitative method, with data collected through interviews and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive theory, involving data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the data analysis, the findings indicated that Stefani Sharia Hotel Pekanbaru had made significant efforts to implement Sharia principles in its hotel services. Sharia compliance was reflected in various aspects, including hotel operations, guest and staff interactions—such as the prohibition of non-mahram couples staying in the same room—halal food and beverage offerings, Sharia-based financial management through collaboration with Islamic financial institutions, and marketing activities characterized by honesty and transparency. Although the hotel had generally implemented Sharia service principles well, there were certain areas that needed improvement, such as service speed during peak hours, transparency in halal certification, and enhanced staff coordination. Through continuous evaluation and service improvement, Stefani Sharia Hotel Pekanbaru was expected to serve as a model for other hotels in delivering services that are not only professional but also aligned with Islamic values.
