Abstract
This study aims to determine the content of GadgetIn's YouTube media in forming preferences for choosing the Samsung Galaxy A15 smartphone. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive presentation. Data were collected through content analysis, observation, and documentation. The video described is 11:47 long and was uploaded on January 17, 2024. The research results indicate that the main theme chosen is the Samsung Galaxy A15 as the best Samsung smartphone priced around 2 million rupiah. David's choice of issues or perspectives emphasizes the absence of a gyroscope, touch delay issues on the screen, and the mono speaker. The placement of the spotlight is divided into features and specifications displayed by the user experience. David's assessment shows its advantages and disadvantages by concluding that it is one of the smartphone brands he recommends. Overall, David successfully shapes the preferences of his audience, whether they accept or reject the review given to still consider the Samsung A15 as an option and provides purchasing guidance based on needs, not just price.
