Abstract
This research aims to determine the implementation of the village innovation program in Kuala Alam Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The Village Innovation Program (PID) in Bengkalis Regency itself has started to be intensified since 2018. Socialization to every village has started running. The existence of the Village Innovation Program (PID) is expected to encourage and facilitate strengthening village capacity through increasing productivity in local economic development and entrepreneurship and the quality of human resources (HR). This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research location is in Kuala Alam Village, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, the implementation of the Kuala Alam village innovation program has run quite optimally. This can be seen in the good communication between the Kuala Alam Village Head, the Village Structure and the community. The presence of the Kuala Alam Village Head in designing village innovation program planning involves all elements of society. So that the community can know and hopes can be conveyed by the Village innovation program
