Abstract
The aim of public service reform in Indonesia is to improve the quality of services and build public trust in government. A key aspect of this involves ensuring security, the primary function of policing, which promotes service excellence and positive relations with the community. The Indonesian National Police (Polri) has launched the Electronic Public Complaints Service (E-Dumas Presisi) to improve transparency and simplify incident reporting, in line with public service provisions. This study aims to determine the performance of the Website-Based Integrated Public Complaint Service Innovation (DUMAS PRESISI) by the Riau Regional Police and its inhibiting factors. The theory used in this research is Rogers' theory (1995; 10) with qualitative methods and using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted by the author on the ability indicator to be observed, the community feels helped by the existence of this E-DUMAS PRESISI Website, especially in learning about information technology. However, the community also hopes that with this Website the Riau Regional Police will make efforts to socialize the Website created to help the community.
