Abstract

This research aims to see how the Pekanbaru City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency is in managing regional property in Pekanbaru City. This research uses a descriptive type method with a qualitative approach. The indicators used in this research are needs planning and budgeting, elimination and administration. This research was conducted at the Pekanbaru City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion in this research is that the Pekanbaru City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency as the Pekanbaru City Regional Property Manager has carried out its duties and functions well, but is still not effective and optimal, as seen from its good performance indicators. elimination and administration are still not effective so they are still an obstacle for BPKAD in the process of managing regional property in Pekanbaru City.
