Abstract

his research aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of employees in the harvesting section of PT. Raja Beach Gardens, Singingi Hilir District. The population in this study was 56 employees with the sample in this study being 50 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this research show that occupational safety and occupational health have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT harvester employees. Raja Beach Gardens, Singingi Hilir District.
