Abstract

his research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT. Pahala Automotive International Dipo (Mitsubishi) Ujung Batu. The population in this study was 55 employees with the sample in this study being 45 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this research show that leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pahala Automotive International Dipo (Mitsubishi) Ujung Batu.
