Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of training and motivation on the performance of section employees (couriers) at the JNE Pekanbaru Branch Office. The population in this study was 146 with the sample method used in this study being the courier section, namely 70 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show that training and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the JNE Pekanbaru Branch Office.
