Abstract
This ornamental plant business is long-term in nature and closely related to investment. So that this business has consequences that must be borne if the business continues even though the financial feasibility cannot be ascertained. The research objectives were to analyze and find out: 1) The characteristics of entrepreneurs and business profiles of Uli Flowers in East Sidomulyo Village. 2) Income from the Uli Flowers business in the East Sidomulyo Village. 3) The financial feasibility of Uli Flower's business in Sidomulyo Timur Village, Marpoyan Da mai District, PekanbaruCity. The method used in this study is the case of the Uli Flowers business in the East Sidomulyo Village. The results showed 1) Characteristics of Respondents, namely the age of entrepreneurs and workers belonging to the productive category, namely 44 years and 24 years. Entrepreneurs have a length of education of 12 years and workers with a length of education of 9 years. Has experience of 13 years and 8 years. The number of dependents of the entrepreneur's family consists of 7 people while the workforce only supports their own life. The business profile is a micro-scalebusiness because it has a net worth excluding buildings and land below IDR 50,000,000 and annual sales < IDR 300,000,000. Have their own capital, which is approximately IDR 15,000,000 with a workforce of 1 person. 2) This business income represents production received at the Uli Flowers business in East Sidomulyo Village, Gross income is Rp. 4,340,000 and net income is Rp. 1,379,143/ production process. 3) The feasibility of the Uli Flowers business in Sidomulyo Timur Village, The net B/Cratio value is 1,637 The NPV obtained is Rp. 12,707,468,564 > 0 or has a positive value, so the business is said to be feasible to run in the future. An IRR of 13.5% means that the business is worth continuing. The Payback Period value is 2.5727, which means it can return capital in the 2nd year and 6th month.
