Abstract

The advancement of information technology has driven digital transformation across various sectors, including the plantation industry. PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI Kayu Aro, as one of the leading tea producers in Indonesia, requires an efficient and accurate production reporting system to improve the quality of tea leaf production management. This research developed a web-based tea leaf production reporting information system using the Agile development method. The system covers the processes of recording, monitoring, and reporting production data digitally and in real-time by various users such as administrators, supervisors, and sales clerks. System testing was conducted using the black box method and user evaluation through questionnaires. The test results showed that the system functions as expected, and based on the user evaluation with a satisfaction score of 92.5%, the system is declared highly feasible to be implemented in supporting the efficiency and transparency of the production process at PTPN VI Kayu Aro.
