Abstract
This study was carried out with the aim of finding out the cause of the long queue at the ro-ro port of the parallel river to the ro-ro port of air putih, bengkalis regency. With a long queue that causes a buildup of passengers, the data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the quality of the Transportation Agency's services in realizing the smooth Rollon-Rollof Sea Transportation in Bangkalis Regency can be seen from several indicators, namely reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy and tangible. From all these indicators, it shows that the quality of transportation service in this case has been running well.
