Abstract

Villages are the spearhead and benchmark of the success of regional and national development, villages are at the forefront of implementing government programs, one of which is in implementing an Electronic Based Government System through the Village Information System. Villages in Singingi Hilir Sub-district have also implemented the Village Information System in the administration of their government both offline and online, but until now there are still many villages that do not have complete village data which is very important to support various government activities, especially in the process of policy making and village development. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data analysis technique uses Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Display and Conclution Drawing and Verification. The research analysis used Brigman and Davis evaluation theory with indicators of Input, Process, Output and Outcomes. The results showed that the implementation of the Village Information System in Singingi Hilir Subdistrict seen from the aspects of input, process, output and outcomes has not run optimally so that it has not had a positive impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of services.
