Abstract

Many companies engaged in the housing sector do not all use technology. PT. Aricha Propertindo has a mission in the field of construction, sale and rental of housing, but in practice data processing is still experiencing difficulties, for example when searching for and ordering a customer's house they have to come to the location. In the case of PT. Aricha Propertindo has a problem finding and ordering a customer's house that they have to come to the location. then archives of payments and payment methods that still use the manual system. therefore PT Aricha Propertindo experiences problems, namely the frequent loss of records for rent payments or payments for buying and selling houses at PT. Aricha Propertindo. Based on the analysis listed above, an idea emerged that would deal with the above problems, this study was entitled "Renting Information Systems and Property Marketing Using MERN Technology at PT. Aricha Propertindo”, with this research it is hoped that it can be a solution and solve problems that exist in PT. Aricha Propertindo.MERN is an acronym for MongoDB (also MySQL), Express JS, React JS and Node JS. The MERN stack is a combination of several of these technologies, all based on JavaScript, which is used to build both web and mobile applications. It is a fully open source development stack framework, that is, there are many development components available from the front-end to the back-end.
