Abstract

For tourists, a vacation outside the area is incomplete if tourist do not bring home souvenirs from the areas has tourists visit. Souvenirs are usually in the form such as clothes, bags, key chains, food or processed food products from the area visited. In determining which souvenir shops to visit, tourists are currently relying on information from their closest friends or visiting souvenir shops that happen to be passing by. This causes souvenir shop entrepreneurs who are just starting or those who are small don't get the opportunity to be better known. With this application, it could help tourists find the desired souvenirs when visiting the city of Pekanbaru. This application also helps souvenir entrepreneurs who are just starting ones in marketing their products. Tourists only need to access the application to find shops that sell souvenirs in Pekanbaru and the location of these shops. The results of testing the system on users using a questionnaire obtained that the appearance of the system, system flow, and the benefits of the system are good with a questionnaire percentage value of 89.2%.
