Abstract

The purpose of this explanation is to find out the WLAN performance analysis in the PT Jasa Raharja (PERSERO) building. So this research is entitled "Analysis of WLAN Performance Using the QoS Method in the PT. Jasa Raharja (PERSERO). It is hoped that this research can analyze the available bandwidth to ensure that the bandwidth is used effectively and does not attract users elsewhere. The method in this study uses a quantitative method, where the data obtained is data in the form of numbers to be calculated and analyzed. This method is used to process data using certain formulas related to research. Data collection was carried out to obtain the data needed in this study. The data collected in this study is in the form of Quality of Service parameter data such as throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. Based on the results of throughput comparisons between day 1 to day 5. The 5th day has a better throughput value than the other days. where according to previous sources the Throughput criteria are (2.1Mbps) very good, (1200-2000Mbps) good, (700-1100Kbps) moderate, (339-700Kbps) not good, (0-338 Kbps) bad. From the research results and the results of the analysis of the quality of internet network services using Quality Of Service (QoS) which uses delay, packet loss, jitter, and throughput parameters in the Jasa Raharja building
