Abstract
Traffic accidents involving drivers of four-wheeled vehicles pose a significant challenge to transportation safety. To improve driver safety, an innovative approach is needed. In this study, we propose the use of augmented reality (AR) technology as a tool to increase driver awareness and reduce the risk of accidents. Accidents are due to negligence and also coupled with a person's lack of desire to use safety driving equipment and not knowing about safety before driving. Therefore, a driver must comply with four-wheeled vehicle traffic rules by following the rules that have been set. applications using unity 3D and AR foundation can be run on mobile devices with the Android Nougat operating system and many more, these applications work outdoors and indoors with the intensity shown and can work optimally at temperatures of 12 to 80 degrees
