Abstract

The Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) is an agency that assists the Regent's work in the process of filing letters from the government and other institutions. The more documents received make it difficult to find the documents you want to need, because there is no clearer placement information on the shelf in the cupboard. To overcome this problem, a letter archiving information system is needed that can facilitate the document search process. Stages and system design using the Hash Table Algorithm technique and using Unfied Modeling (UML) Diagrams. The final result of this research is a letter filing system using a hash table algorithm at the Web-based Public Works and Spatial Planning (Pupr) Office.
