Abstract

Social responsibility or often known as Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an action or concept carried out by a company according to its capabilities as a form of social and environmental responsibility in the area where the company is located, which relates to all aspects of supporting the success of the company. Social and Environmental Affairs (TJSL) is regulated in Article 74 UUPT and its explanation. This arrangement applies to corporations. Based on Article 1 point 1 UUPT, a Company (Limited Liability Company) is a legal entity which is an alliance of capital, established based on an agreement, conducting business activities with an authorized capital which is entirely divided into shares and fulfills the requirements stipulated in this Law and its implementing regulations.. The main problem in this research is how the regulation of social enterprise responsibility is regulated in Indonesian laws and regulations and how is the implementation of social enterprise responsibility for the city of Pekanbaru's logistics affairs agency (BULOG) towards the community. This research is included in sociological empirical which directly collects data both by observation, direct interviews, through questionnaires and so on from the research location to the applicable legal rules, the nature of this research is descriptive in nature. The implementation of the general corporate social responsibility of the Pekanbaru City Logistics Agency was only realized in 2020, namely only in the form of assistance for places of worship to the community. Based on the results of interviews with the author at the BULOG office, to disburse assistance funds to the community or Corporate Responsibility funds must first submit a proposal to the central BULOG company, each year the funds are submitted and in 2020 CSR funds are proposed in the amount of 10 billion Rupiah but only 10 million disbursed Rupiah
