Abstract

At this time the workforce at PT. Arvena Agrees that the Batang Cenaku area reaches 200 people. Employees are categorized into 2 (two) categories, namely field staff and field staff, where staff are assigned to managers, heads of departments, supervisors, and administrative staff. Meanwhile, those employed are mobile workers, starting from planting, tending, farming and driving. The type of work performed by an employee at PT. Arvena Agrees Batang Cenaku area in the oil palm plantation sector is really at risk of work accidents and occupational health. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Social Security based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment for Employees at Pt. Arvena Agrees In Indragiri Hulu and knows the obstacles that arise in the Implementation of Social Security Based on Law Number 13 Year 2003 concerning Employment for Employees at Pt. Arvena Agrees In Indragiri Hulu. This research is an empirical research, because it wants to know the form of a review of the implementation of work agreements and social security for employees at the PT. Averna Agrees Based on Law Number 13 Year 2003 concerning Employment in Indragiri Hulu. The research location was conducted at PT. Arvena Agrees on Batang Cenaku Area. In this study, the author uses qualitative analysis because the information obtained is not numerical and can be collected and data collected. Based on the results of research on the Review of the Implementation of Social Security Based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment for Employees at Oil Palm Plantations of PT. Arvena agreed in Indragiri Hulu that PT. Arvena Sepakat has several forms of health social security for its employees who have Pematang Reba Community Health Center facilities and a hospital in Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, in terms of obstacles, it is known that employee status, inadequate health facilities, and system constraints
