Abstract

Outsourcing workers who work in a company, of course need protection for their safety in working well protection provided by the company where they work and the company channeling the workforce that shelters them. Safety in question namely safety while they work, especially the safety of the workers themselves from work accident. So with this background the author takes a title for the author's research namely "Legal Protection and Occupational Safety Against Work Outsourcing Pt. Andesta Mandiri Indonesia at Rsia Budhi Mulya Pekanbaru Based on Law No. 13 of 2013 concerning Employment”. Formulation of the problem How legal protection and safety outsourced workers PT.
