Abstract

Forms of business fields in the transportation sector that are often encountered as well very helpful to the community is the business of transportation services. Where in the form of car rental services or public transportation services to several destinations provided by the public transport service. The occurrence of leasing between car owners and also the travel party is for the purpose of: form of cooperation from both parties for trading. This is also done by CV.Netral Travel which is a company engaged in land transportation in the Riau area. Therefore, travel companies must carry out cooperation between the car owner and the company. The main problem of research is how the implementation of the agreement cooperation that has been agreed upon by the entrepreneur (car owner) with CV.Netral Travel and how to form the responsibility of CV.
