Abstract

Infrastructure as an important driver of economic growth and development. Sustainable infrastructure is development that does not only focus on one point of view, but also pays attention to all aspects from upstream to downstream that are affected by the infrastructure development. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) exist as a sustainable development program, one of which is the development of quality, reliable, sustainable and resilient infrastructure. Infrastructure limitations have been a long-standing problem faced by rural areas, especially in rural development. This limited infrastructure cannot meet the needs of the community in activities. The purpose of this research is to formulate a plan for implementing an infrastructure development program based on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Empat Balai Village, Kuok District, Kampar Regency. The analysis used in this study is a mixed analysis method with the calculation of infrastructure needs analysis carried out to calculate the need for infrastructure in Empat Balai Village and qualitative methods are useful for identifying and formulating Infrastructure Development Program Plans in Empat Balai Village. The results showed that the infrastructure in the Empat Balai Village was in good condition and the infrastructure almost met the needs except for health facilities. The Infrastructure Development Implementation Program Plan for the Empat Balai Village was based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that Improved Educational Facilities for Elementary School Types, Improved access to WWTP in 3 hamlets in Empat Balai Village, Garbage Network, that in Empat Balai Village there are still many deficiencies due to the absence of a garbage collection system by the Sanitation Service so that the Empat Balai Village community manages waste by burning waste behind the house.
