Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (Corporate Social Responsibility) is also the company's responsibility to stakeholders (Stakeholders). Stakeholders in this case are officials or individuals or a board who can issue various decisions, policies, or company operations. As for the obligation for office holders to carry out corporate social responsibility in accordance with the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (1). Government Regulation Number 47 of 2012 concerning Social and Environmental Responsibility of Limited Liability Companies. The main problem in this research is how to implement PT RS Bunda Puja's corporate social responsibility in the city of Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir regency towards employees. What are the Barriers to the Implementation of PT RS Bunda Puja's Corporate Social Responsibility in the City of Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency for Employees. This study uses the legal research method observational research or survey where in this study collects information from respondents using a data collection tool in the form of interviews and the nature of this research is analytical descriptive, namely research providing data as accurately as possible to describe how the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility PT RS Bunda Puja In the City of Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency Against Employees. The research results show that the application of the CSR concept will be successful if the goals of sustainable development are balanced with the economic, social and environmental pillars by minimizing negative impacts and maximizing positive impacts on each pillar. The concept of CSR by Article 74 paragraph of the Company Law has been established as a legal obligation and must be implemented. The inclusion of the concept of CSR in the provisions of Article 74 of the Company Law is a step forward for the interests of the community, nation and state even though the provisions of the article apply in a limited manner to companies that carry out their business activities in the natural resources sector. Obstacles in the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at PT RS Bunda Puja in Tembilahan City, Indragiri Hilir Regency are encountering obstacles in its implementation because companies that do not carry out their CSR obligations will receive legal sanctions
