Abstract

Lack of guidance in the form of giving village heads instructions to the Citizens Association regarding technical implementation in terms of quality and performance capabilities of the Citizens Association in providing services to the community according to the functions of the Citizens Association, namely in the form of population data collection/as a population administrator and other government administration. In accordance with a survey of researchers in the field, there are still many migrant/relocation communities who have not been recorded as residents of the Perhentian Marpoyan Village. several provisions are required, namely: a. There is guidance from superiors, b. Providing motivation from superiors to subordinates, c. The existence of opportunities for career development in this case is the provision of education and job training and, d. Awarding the Coaching Has Not Been Organized Well. because the Perhentian Marpoyan Village Head conducts coaching activities for the Chairperson of the Perhentian Marpoyan Village Headquarters, but this is not routinely carried out, resulting in a lack of coaching activities and a lack of quality of the Citizens Association in carrying out the tasks that have been given by the Perhentian Marpoyan Village Head. The government of Perhentian Marpoyan Village should to always strive to improve coaching activities on the quality of work of the neighborhood community in carrying out tasks and things that must be done by the neighborhood community by carrying out clear and quality coaching activities regarding the coaching material that will be delivered
