Abstract
Basic Education Data (Dapodik) is an integrated national scale data collection system, and is the main source of national education data, which is part of the national education planning program in creating intelligent and competitive Indonesians (Source: guide to using the Dapodik application). Thus it is very important that in the education system there must be such a thing as Dapodik. With Dapodik, education planning will be mature and of high quality. Because if the educational planning is not mature, then all the programs that have been formed from the planning will be far from what was expected. In order to carry out planning and also carry out educational programs so that they are right on target, data that is fast, complete, valid, accountable and always up to date is needed. The main objective of this study is to identify and analyze the Management of Basic Education Data in Channeling Funds for Teacher Certification at the Education and Culture Office of Pelalawan Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The number of research informants was 5 people with the Head of the Pelalawan Regency Education and Culture Office as the key informant. Data collection techniques by interviews and data analysis in this study used data analysis techniques by Sugiyono. The results of the study revealed that the Management of Basic Educator Data (Dapodik) in Channeling Teacher Certification Funds at the Education and Culture Office of Pelalawan Regency was not optimal because there were still several problems that had not been socialized to teachers with ASN status regarding mechanisms and procedures for data input as well as explanations about data - any data that must be fulfilled by the teacher. In the process of processing basic education data in channeling teacher certification funds, validation and verification of dapodik data by district teams or service and school admins is still slow, one of the efforts is to facilitate an adequate internet connection. There is no evaluation of the results (output) of basic education data processing in channeling teacher certification funds in schools, especially teachers who have not received an SKTP so that there are still many teachers who are late in the process of issuing their SKTPs.
