Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work discipline on the work productivity of production employees through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Sanling Sawit Sejahtera, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research is a quantitative study using Partial Least Squares (PLS) for data analysis. Data were collected using questionnaires. The sample consisted of 102 production employees of PT Sanling Sawit Sejahtera, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results show that organizational commitment has an effect on employee work productivity, work discipline has an effect on employee work productivity, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect on productivity, Organizational commitment does not affect employee work productivity through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, and work discipline affects employee work productivity through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
