Abstract

This research was conducted because of the gap in service communication in government organizations that has an impact on efforts to improve public services. This study aims to analyze the role of communication in improving the quality of services in Kubang Jaya Village. Effective communication is a key element in facilitating interaction between the village government and the community, as well as ensuring that the community is clearly informed about the services available. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods to identify the communication channels used by the village government, as well as understand their impact on community understanding and participation. The results of the study show that clear, open, and timely communication improves people's understanding of village policies and programs, making it easier for them to access services. However, there are challenges in implementing effective two-way communication, especially related to limited access to digital media by some citizens and the use of language that is too technical in the delivery of information. Therefore, it is recommended that the village government improve the way information is delivered by simplifying the language used, as well as integrating traditional and digital communication channels to ensure that all levels of society can access information effectively. With more inclusive and responsive communication, it is hoped that the quality of services in Kubang Jaya Village can improve, and community participation in village development will be maximized.
