Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the analyze of Good Corporate Governance which is involved by Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee on Financial Performance as measured by Tobin’s Q. This research is quantitative research with data sources obtained through the IDX Gallery website. The population was 47 banking companies listed in BEI (Indonesia Stock Exchange) for the period 2020-2022 with a sample of 31 companies according to the criteria. The data analysis technique applied in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25. The result of the research showed that institutional ownership and an independent board of commissioners do not have a significant effect on Financial Performance, while managerial ownership and the audit committee have a significant positive effect on financial performance.
