Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the use of accounting information system technology and trust in accounting information system technology on individual performance of employees of the Karimun Regency Youth and Sports Office. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of the Karimun Regency Youth and Sports Office. This research method is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that partially the variable of the effectiveness of the use of accounting information system technology has a significant effect on individual performance. The variable of trust in accounting information system technology have a significant effect on individual performance. Simultaneously, the variables of the effectiveness of the use of accounting information system technology and trust in accounting information system technology affect the individual performance of the Karimun Regency Youth and Sports Office.
