Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and service quality of Bank Syariah Indonesia on savings decisions at the Islamic University of Riau. The population in this study were students at Riau Islamic University who saved at Bank Syariah Indonesia. And this research used a purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to a total of 90 respondents. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this research show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to save. and service quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to save, then product quality and service quality have a significant effect on the decision to save
