Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether Training and Career Development has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants at the PUPRPKPP Service in Riau Province. The population in this research is all Civil Servants who work in the Highways sector at the PUPRPKPP Service of Riau Province. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling, namely all Civil Servants who work in the Highways sector, while the population used as researchers for the research sample is 101 people. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and Smartpls 4 testing. The results of this research show that Training and Career Development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants at the PUPRPKPP Service in Riau Province.
