Abstract
Happiness is an essential aspect of human life that influences physical, psychological, and social well-being. In the context of religious service, a pastor's happiness is not solely dependent on personal conditions, but also on the dynamics of ministry, relationships with the congregation, and spiritual meaning. For unmarried female pastors, happiness is often misunderstood as being defined Thiy by marital status, whereas it is actually more complex and multidimensional. This study aims to describe the meaning of happiness experienced by unmarried Jemale pastors and the factors that influence it. The method used is a qualitative descriptive study involving two unmarried female pastors unmarried from GPdI Ecclesia Pekanbaru. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, and data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings show that the informants' happiness is influenced by their ministry experiences, positive relationships with the congregation, and deep spiritual meaning. The five elements of the PERMA model is positive emotion, engagement, relationships meaning, and accomplishment emerged as key aspects of their happiness. The happiness they experience is holistic, encompassing emotional and relational dimensions. This study is expected to enrich understanding of the well-being of female pastors and serve as a reference for religious institutions in providing appropriate support.
