Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Service Quality and Brand Image on Shopee Customer Satisfaction among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Riau. Based on the criteria set, this study used a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis used was the multiple linear regression method and analysis tools using SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that separately, Service Quality has a significant and positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Similarly, Brand Image has a significant and positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Simultaneously, Service Quality and Brand Image have a significant and positive effect on Shopee Customer Satisfaction. In the study, the variable that most influences Customer Satisfaction is the Service Quality Variable.
