Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of skills and knowledge on employee performance at the Kampar District Health Service. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Kampar District Health Service. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling, namely sampling based on the objectives and considerations of 47 researchers. The data collection techniques for this research are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study explain that the partial t test shows that skills and knowledge partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Kampar District Health Service
