Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, business risk, sales growth and asset management on profitability. The population in the research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. By using a purposive sampling technique, the final sample size used was 65 companies. The type of data used is secondary data using financial report data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research results show that all independent variables simultaneously influence profitability. Partially, the variables capital structure, business risk, sales growth and asset management have a positive effect on profitability.
