Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of supervision and compensation on the work productivity of employees in the harvesting department at PT. Ganda Buanindo, Kampar District. The population in this study was 55 with sampling using the Purposive Sampling method, so the sample in this study was 35 respondents from the harvesting department. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research show that supervision and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees in the harvesting department at PT. Ganda Buanindo, Kampar District
