Abstract
Abstract This research aims to find out whether there is an effect of circuit training on the badminton forehand smash skills of Pb Realita Pekanbaru athletes. The research method used was a questionnaire experiment or quasi-experiment, using a one group pretest posttest design and using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, to obtain a sample of 12 Pekanbaru reality Pb athletes. The hypothesis obtained is that circuit training exercises have an effect on increasing the forehand smash strokes of Pb Realita Pekanbaru athletes.
