Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and self esteem on the performance of employees of the National Land Agency (BPN) of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The number of samples in this study was 79 employees using the Census technique. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression analysis using Smart PLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that employee engagement and self esteem variables have an effect on the performance of employees in the Land Administration and Infrastructure section of the National Land Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency.
