Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of recruitment and selection on teacher performance at the SMPS IT Ibadurrahman Duri Boarding School (IDBS). This research was conducted on teachers or educational staff. The total sample for this research was 48 teacher respondents, using a sampling technique, namely using a purposive sampling technique. And the data analysis method used by researchers in the research is a quantitative analysis method with a multiple linear regression equation model. Based on the research results, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between recruitment and selection on teacher performance at SMPS IT Ibadurrahman Duri Boarding School (IDBS).
